Your custom user projects, data schemas, and assets remain entirely your own intellectual property, and you grant Hostingo the operational access rights required to host and run them.
3. Financial Frameworks, Cycles & Revisions
Our project deployment services bill on a clear, recurring schedule. Enterprise and custom development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. We offer full refunds within 14 days of account initialization, provided your data consumption levels remain below 10% of your plan's monthly allocation limits.
4. Liability Boundaries & Governing Jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hostingo provides services "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or structural database data loss. This framework is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
